The AUSVIPEX 2025 Organising committee meeting was held tonight, focusing on the progress of judges’ feedback and future planning for the exhibition.
Productive discussions took place to ensure continuous improvement, smooth coordination, and a high-quality experience for all exhibitors and participants. The team remains committed to delivering a successful and memorable AUSVIPEX 2025.

AUSVIPEX 2025 – Medal Dispatch Update

Due to the Christmas period, our medal manufacturer is currently experiencing delays, and we have not yet received the medal delivery. As soon as the medals arrive and dispatch begins, we will inform all recipients immediately.

AUSVIPEX 2025 – Second Jury Meeting Completed
We’re pleased to share that the Second Jury Meeting for AUSVIPEX 2025 was successfully held yesterday via Zoom. After a productive and engaging discussion, the Jury has almost completed their evaluation work.
The exhibition results will be officially published on Friday, 4 December 2025.A big thank you to our dedicated Jury Members, Assistant Jury Secretary, and the APF Project Officer (Webmaster & Exhibition) for their hard work and commitment.

AUSVIPEX 2025 – First Jury Meeting Completed!
We are pleased to announce that the first Jury Meeting for AUSVIPEX 2025 has been successfully conducted via Zoom.
A big thank you to all exhibitors for submitting their wonderful exhibits. The jury has reviewed the entries and is very impressed with the quality and variety we have received.
The AUSVIPEX 2025 Exhibition will be open to the public on 27 November 2025.
